- Horizontal bench pattern.
- The wheel moving on ball bearing is provided with a chuck to hold the rod under test.
- The other end of the rod is clamped tightly to a bracket.
- The pointers and scales are graduated in single degree and can be clamped at any position.
- Complete with ribbon, hooks and rods of steel and brass, but without weights.
