Heat Refrigeration System

JEQ-1 (A) : A versatile electrically heated sterilizer under saturated steam of adjustable pressure of 10 to 20 psi. Double walled construction with boiler made of stainless steel, outer shell made of mild steel or stainless steel sheet. The lid is made of stainless steel or gun-metal plate, tightening alround with wing nuts. Gasket made of moulded jointless Neoprene rubber. Equipped with water level arrangement, pressure gauge, air/steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve adjustable to any selected point from 10 psi to 20 psi, accuracy 3 psi and drain, cord-plug etc.; to work on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

JEQ-1 (C) : All stainless steel/ Aluminium, seamless, having no joints.Pressure range 15 psi to 18 psi.

JEQ-2 (B) : Construction of bath as JEQ-2(A) but with a pyramidal type cover made of stainless steel. Temperature control by a thermostat 5C above ambient to 90C 1C. Complete with Temp. Control Knob, on-off switch, pilot lamps, cord-plug etc. To work on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

JEQ-7 : Chamber made of copper/stainless steel sheet. Temperature thermostatically controlled upto 2700C. Complete with high speed stirrer with speed controller.

JRS-02 : Double walled construction, outer made of mild steel and inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet. Controlled by Digital temperature controller with glass window for observation. Heating is achieved by immersion type heater temperature from 0C to 90C.
Working Chamber : 500 x 250 x 250 mm.

JEQ-3 (A) : Standard double walled construction. Inner Chamber made of aluminium or stainless steel sheet. Exterior made of mild steel sheet finished in powder coated colour combinations. Three sides heating provides uniform and quick temperature rise in range of 50C to 300C 2C and is thermostatically controlled. Provided with 2 or 3 adjustable shelves. L-shaped thermometer is builtin. Complete with indicator pilot lamps, on-off switch, thermostat control knob, plug-cord etc. Workable on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

JEQ-3 (A1) : Oven can be provided with humidity arrangement. Humidity is created by condensation of steam generated by heaters dipped in water. Humidity is controlled by imported Humidistat from ambient to 95% , 3% RH.

JEQ-4 (F) : Temperature range from room temperature to 100C, Thermostatic control with an accuracy of plus minus 0.5C Double walled inside made of Stainless steel 304 Quality and outside Mild steel sheet painted in epoxy powder coating. Oscillating tray is riding on ball rollers. Oscillator speed range 40 to 140 strokes. Built-in L-shape thermometer. To work on 220/230 volts A.C.

Body capable of withstanding vacuum of 760mm. Complete with temperature regulator, Indicator lamp, on-off switch, cord-plug etc. To work on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase. Without vacuum pump.
