Freeze Dryer

JEQ-250 : Freeze Dryer covers a range of application from multi user centralised laboratory applications, pilot plant determination work etc. It is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. It is supplied with a powerful vacuum pump. Standard Laboratory Model with Hermetically sealed reputed make compressor gives temperature upto -40C. Condenser trap is provided at nonmagnetic stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal.
Refrigerant coils made of copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency. Temperature is adjustable upto -40C and is maintained automatically by digital temp. controller. Vacuum drum having 22.8 cm dia and 25.4 cm height is made up of nonmagnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top cover and incorporates 6/8/12 quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying having 12.5 mm outer dia provided for quick drying. Aesthetically designed cabinet in steel gives a pleasant look.
Suitable to work on 220 V, Hz Ac supply. Capacity :- 3 liters, 5 liters.

Seed Germinators

JST-1 : (Single chamber) Suitable for conducting various experiments on seed germination. Different environmental conditions can be created and controlled as per requirment. Double walled construction, inner made of anodized aluminium or stainless steel sheet and outer made of mild steel sheet duly finished in powder coated paint. Temperature range 5C above ambient to 50C 1C controlled by Digital Indicator & Controller.
Humidity is created in a stainless steel chamber by heating water by an immersion heater from ambient to 95% 3% RH controlled by a Humidistat.
A full - view inner acrylic door and double walled outer door with magnetic gaskets is provided. Inner chamber is provided with fluorescent illumination to create photo-stimulation. An air-circulating fan has been provided to maintain uniform temperature in the total chamber.
Supplied complete with 14 adjustable perforated trays, pilot lamps, on-off switch other control switches, cord plug to work on 220 V AC 50Hz single phase.

Seed Germinator (double Chamber)

Each chamber size : 555 (W) x 910 (H) x 605 (D) mms.
For cooling (Low temp.) 5C to 50C 1C a sealed compressor unit has been provided to work independently below the chamber.

JST 2A : Heating & Cooling in separate chambers.

JST 2B : Heating & Cooling in both chambers.
